Shipping
Epoch batteries from the US
Epoch batteries come by pallet from the factory to the Netherlands. If a battery is not in stock, we reserve your order for the next joint European delivery.
Delivery to you
After arrival and inspection in the Netherlands, we forward your product by parcel post or pallet delivery, depending on weight and size.

Returns
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you may withdraw within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, provided the product is unused and can be returned in its original condition.
Register a return
Email us at info@crnoffgrid.com with your order number and the product. You will then receive instructions for sending it back.
Damaged or defective
Did your product arrive damaged or do you suspect a defect? Contact us straight away with photos of the packaging and the product, and we will look for a solution together.
