How does ordering work?
Epoch batteries come straight from the factory and are shipped to Europe by pallet. That keeps the price sharp, but it also means the shipping process works differently from regular products.
Select the voltage and capacity that fit your system. On each product you can see whether the battery is in stock or part of the next joint delivery.
Order via the webshop. If the battery is in stock in the Netherlands, we ship immediately. For a pre-order, we reserve your battery for the next European delivery.
Once the shipment is complete, the pallet is transported from Epoch to the Netherlands. This usually takes several weeks. You will receive an update as soon as the batteries are on their way.
After arrival and inspection in the Netherlands, your battery is shipped to the address provided by parcel post or pallet delivery, depending on the weight.
